Why they rank

Decision support helps you see which of your priorities and which facts put each option where it is. That lets you check the reasoning instead of taking the answer on trust.

A ranking with no explanation asks you to trust it. We'd rather show our work.

For each option on your shortlist, your Decision Kit breaks the score into its parts: how it did on each factor, how much weight that factor carried and which requirements it met or failed. You can see where an option earned its place and where it lost ground.

This is often where the most useful insight comes from. You may find the top option leads mainly because of one factor you weighted heavily, or that an option you liked scored lower because of something you hadn't noticed.

Every figure traces back to its source, so you can check anything that looks off. If a fact is wrong or out of date, you'll see exactly how it affected the result.

An explanation you can follow is also one you can share: with a manager, a board, your family, or anyone else with a stake in the decision.
